Temp-re Build Ltd has been working with Next Distribution on their latest temporary warehousing solution. This building will provide the company with the extra space needed at this point in time. The time taken from order to project completion was just four weeks.

Initially the building was hired for six months, and our flexible hire terms, mean it has already easily been extended to twelve months.

Our hire terms are a minimum of three months to twenty five years depending on our clients preferences, they also have the option of purchasing the building.

Overall measurements are 15 x 40 x 4.6 – 600 square metres in total. The roof is insulated and the side walls are constructed using 40mm insulated UPVC hard plastic. There is also a roller shutter door and two fire exits.
