Temp-re Build Ltd has been working with Dematic on a major refurbishment project for Next Distribution part of a 38 million makeover. This building has been constructed primarily to keep the building workforce out of the elements to prevent any loss of downtime. Within three weeks of the order being received the building was erected over four days from start to finish.
Initially the building was hired for three months, that was twelve months ago and our flexible hire terms have allowed the builder to keep on working until the project has reached completion. Our hire terms are a minimum of three months to twenty five years depending on our clients preferences, they also have the option of purchasing the building.
The building was erected onto an existing hardcore base using 1.5m stakes to hold the building to the floor. Overall measurements are 15 x 60 x 4.6 – 900 square metres in total. The frame is made from durable aluminium with a double skinned UPVC roof. The side walls were constructed using 40mm UPVC hard plastic and two roller shutter doors and fire exits were also installed.
